Beijing Jingcheng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jingcheng Group”) is a first-class wholly state-owned enterprise approved by the Dongcheng District People’s Government, with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Dongcheng District performing the investor’s duties. It was restructured and established in November 2016 from the former No.1 and No.2 Housing and Land Operation & Management Centers of Dongcheng District, with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. By the end of 2025, the Group had total assets of 20.011 billion yuan, 34 subordinate affiliated enterprises, managed housing area of 3.36 million square meters, and served 82,000 household residents. In terms of organizational structure, the Group has a 5-member Board of Directors (including 2 external directors), a 5-member management team, and 1,015 on-the-job employees. It has 23 directly affiliated Party organizations under the Party Committee and 18 grassroots trade unions.
