Beijing Grand Canal Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 and is currently a secondary enterprise of Tongcheng Construction Group, with a registered capital of 500 million yuan and total assets of 497 million yuan. As a district-level cultural and tourism industry development platform, the company is fully responsible for the integration, investment, construction, and operation of regional cultural and tourism resources. It is the only cruise passenger transportation enterprise in Beijing. The company has built an industrial system centered on “Yunshangxing” water scenery poetry, canal cruise ships, waterfront spaces, and cultural and tourism IPs. It currently employs 135 people. It has two subsidiaries: Beijing Tongzhou Canal West Bank Operation and Management Co., Ltd. (established in 2025, mainly engaged in street management, leasing, and property management) and Beijing Shunfeng Tourism Co., Ltd. (established in 1993, transferred in 2025, with dual qualifications in tourism services and passenger transportation, undertaking urban passenger transportation business).
